خلاصه داستان : پنج سال قبل، موساشی و دوستش کویجیرو کانه‌ماکی به هم قولی دادند، که وقتی بزرگ شدند هر دو سامورایی بشوند، گروهی تشکیل داده و به شکار اهریمنان بپردازند. اما از آن زمان خیلی چیز ها عوض شده. در جامعه ای که اکنون اهریمنان را ستایش و پرستش میکند، سامورایی ها مطرود و منفور هستند. موساشی که با ترس آرزوی سامورایی شدن خود را پنهان کرده، در حالی که بعنوان یک معدنچی در این جامعه زندگی میکند، مهارت های شمشیرزنی خود را نیز مخفیانه بهبود می بخشد. در این میان، کویجیرو با وجود این که از نسل سامورایی هاست، از خیر قول میان خود و دوست دیرینش می گذرد. با این حال دیدگاه اون بعد نجات دادن موساشی از یک حادثهٔ مرگبار تغییر میکند. هرچند هنوز درگیر این موضوع است، کویجیرو به امید کشف احساس واقعی اش، به همراه موساشی عازم سفری می شود. این دو بدون آنکه بدانند این دنیای ناشناختهٔ اهریمن کشی چه برای آنها چه در چنته دارد، با سر وارد آن میشوند. حال سوار بر مرکب های آهنین، این قهرمانان پانزده ساله تصمیم دارند که آوازهٔ تباه شدهٔ سامورایی ها را پاک کرده و دنیا را از شیاطین پاک کنند.

During the Warring States era, the feuding generals were suddenly struck down one after another by the demonic Kishin. In the 150 years since, groups of individuals have continued to resist Kishin control. They are called Bushi bands. Taking place in the year 1937 on the eve of World War II, the story involves a mysterious spy training organization known as the "D Agency."
