خلاصه داستان : به عنوان عضوی از یک سازمان شیطانی، ژنرال مأموریت دارد تا به زمین حمله کند و بشریت را از بین ببرد. حتی یک موجود فرازمینی مثل او نیز به فرصتی برای استراحت نیاز دارد. حتی رنجرها – تیمی که صرفاً برای شکست ژنرال و همکارانش تشکیل شده است- نمی‌توانند مانع از دیدن پانداها در باغ وحش، خریدن بستنی در فروشگاه محلی و لذت بردن از روز تعطیلی سزاوارش از انجام اعمال شیطانی شوند.

In the not-so-distant future, Goha City is governed by its largest corporation, "Goha Corp", everything from schooling, to Dueling rules, to much of daily life. Yuga is a fifth-grader who attends Goha 7th Elementary and develops inventions every day that he calls "Roads". He thinks the way Duels are run by adults are way too rigid and uncool, decides to change this world which is too cramped for kids, and battles with his road "Rush Duel" while believing in his creations... Ruka is a young girl whose parents are separated and whose father works in an aquarium. When two boys, Umi and Sora, who were raised in the sea by dugongs, are brought to the aquarium, Ruka feels drawn to them and begins to realize that she has the same sort of supernatural connection to the ocean that they do. Umi and Sora's special power seems to be connected to strange events that have been occurring more and more frequently, such as the appearance of sea creatures far from their home territory and the disappearance of aquarium animals around the world. However, the exact nature of the boys' power and of the abnormal events is unknown, and Ruka gets drawn into investigating the mystery that surrounds her new friends.
